Its owned by David Chang over on Chop Cult, and he built it from the ground up. DNA Springer, harley fat boy wheels, a really awesome peanut tank, clip on bars, and forward controls. Thats just whats obvious.
The bike has a number of other details worked in, like the rear disk brake, and dampers on the springer, A really rad kickstand, and a curvy sissy bar. They all go together, with a perfect amount of patina, to create an awesome looking low slung bar hopper.
